Note: This course requires a race prepared car! The race car must meet SCCA or NASA race requirements. A vehicle log book with proof of an annual tech is preferred.

needed to get to the National Championships?
This double accredited school
meets club racing licensing requirements and one driving school
credit for SCCA Novice Permit holders and meets NASA requirements for a NASA Provisional Racing License. Learn to drive any track in any car.

The advanced full day curriculum has been approved by SCCA
/ NASA National. It is designed to develop skills and a podium mind set for
new racers as well as to help seasoned racers find the tenths they are
looking for. Drivers must be at least 16 years of age. The certificates
awarded to racers in this school must be presented to an Official Licensing Chairman, Steward or Director so that proper
school credit may be given.

- Contact FAASST or NASA National ( John Lindsey 916-451-5941) if you need NASA race license information.
- Cars must pass a Race Car Tech Inspection per SCCA GCR 9.3 or have a logbook stamped
with the “official” inspection stamp per SCCA GCR 5.9.2. Contact your local SCCA Region or NASA Region for annual tech
locations.
- SCCA Students with prior racing experience may obtain an SCCA waiver and proceed to regional race competition after completion of this FAASST race school.

High Performance Driving Completion Certificate Full Day Track Fee
This full day course is progressive in nature and designed for
the high end performance car owner or vintage car owner, who wants to pursue HPDE's, PDX's, test 'n tune
events, time trial or club racing events.
Students learn to navigate any track in any car. If you are considering traveling to HPDE or TT competitions, then this course is for you!
Three classroom sessions, a track walk,
and hours of track time with a lunch break.
Drivers must be at least 16 years of age and must have a valid
drivers license. Helmets and gloves are required; car must pass technical inspection.
You do not need prior track driving experience to
participate.
A 15% discount on this class fee is available to students
and car club members when 5 or more participate from the same group!

High Performance Driving - Half Day

FAASST Durahyde Padfolio Half Day Track Fee
This course is ideal for car club members, auto crossers and
street drivers who have never been on a track. This half-day course teaches advanced driving skills,
and communicates key
elements of car control. The course includes one classroom session, a track walk, and
high performance driving in a racetrack environment.
Drivers learn
offensive driving skills and performance driving skills in their own
high performance car or daily driver. Drivers must be at least
16 years of age and must have a valid drivers license. Helmets and
gloves are required; car must pass technical
inspection.
If you have ever wanted to experience your own car on a race track, then this course is for you!
A 15% discount on this class fee is available to students
and car club members when 5 or more participate from the same group!

Coaching Program for FAASST Graduates
Coaching is available to FAASST graduates on a case-by-case
basis. Coaching may take place during a race weekend or during a
private session at a designated racing circuit. Coaching sessions are
available in half-day increments and the session is individually
tailored to meet the needs and goals of the student.

Pueblo Motorsports Park Track Safety Orientation Class
Beginning April 1, 2007 all persons wishing to rent track time at Pueblo Motorsports Park must show previous classroom experience or have attended a safety orientation class at Pueblo Motorsports Park. FAASST is pleased to offer this curriculum to 'first time' PMP drivers and racers. Please note: this class does not teach the car control and advanced driving techniques included with our Gold, Silver and Bronze packages.
Drivers must have a valid driver's license . Cars in this class must pass the FAASST technical
inspection.
Cost for the class is $149 and includes your track fee for the entire day.
Faasst discount programs do not apply to this class.

FAASST Lapping Days - A Private Lapping / Testing Opportunity
Beginning May 1, 2008 all FAASST event dates are open to approved lapping participants. You do not have to be a FAASST graduate to participate in this program.
Drivers must register in advance online or by phone (719-761-1372) and must be approved by a FAASST official or must be referred to the program by a FAASST graduate.
Cost is $100 - $250 depending on the venue and includes your track fee for the entire day. Faasst discount programs do not apply to this class.
