Tech Inspection For
High Performance Driving (non race) Schools

• All loose objects must be removed from car and trunk
  
  

• Rear suspension shall be in good operating condition per testing
  
  

• Rear tire pressure noted – tread depth measurable. No cords or belts showing
  
  

• All snap on, detachable body work removed
  
  

• Front tire pressures noted - tread depth measurable - No cords or belts showing
  
  

• Battery must be tied down and secured – hot terminal insulated
  
  

• Positive, safe throttle return
  
  

• Brake, steering fluid, oil and coolant levels optimized
  
  

• No excessive fluid leaks should be observed with or without the engine running
  
  

• No fuel leaks should be observed
  
  

• Front suspension shall be in good operating condition per testing
  
  

• Driver’s seat and seat belts should be tight and secure with adequate hardware
  
  

• No excessive play in steering
  
  

• Good pedal pressure for brake and clutch
  
  

• Traction control systems must be disconnected or turned "off"
  
  

• All radios, CD players, and other electrical devices “off”
  
  

• Rear view mirror should be taped, removed or turned up out of the way - side mirrors stay
  
  

• Driver has DOT Snell 2000 approved helmet or newer that FITS snugly



• Driver has gloves with leather, or non slip palms



• Driver has shoes or boots that completely cover the foot



• Driver clothing should be comfortable and unrestrictive - long pants required, no shorts
