At FAASST, we believe that "It’s OK to Win Your First Year."

Since 2005, our mission has been to provide high-performance driving and racing instruction that moves students from the back of the pack to the podium.

As we expand our reach to new tracks across the United States, we are looking for humble, passionate, professional, and safety-minded instructors to join our instructor squad.

Nationwide Reach: Since we began our school in 2005, we have taught our courses at over 15 US racetracks. Whether you are on the East Coast, West Coast, or anywhere in between, we most likely have opportunities for local and regional coaching in your area.

Diverse Programs: We teach everything from Half-Day Car Control Clinics for street drivers to Full-Day Race Schools for competition-license candidates. We also offer an online Driver Development program.

Professional Environment: Work with a team that values high-level communication, consistency, safety, and a "student-first" mentality.

Flexible Scheduling: Join our team and work events at your local track that fit your racing season or professional schedule.

We are seeking humble and experienced instructors who know how to put our students "first". Instructors who are patient because they remember what it was like when they themselves got started in this industry.

Racing and Track Driving Experience: Proof of a competition license (SCCA, NASA, WRL, IMSA, etc.) or significant HPDE / Time Trial experience.

Instructional Background: Prior experience as an HPDE or Race Instructor for recognized clubs or schools. Must have references.

Communication Skills: The ability to explain and demonstrate complex vehicle dynamics to students of all levels.

Safety Focus: A commitment to maintaining a safe, controlled environment on and off the track.

Technology Proficiency: Knowledgeable about data acquisition analysis.

Q: Do I need my own car to instruct?

A: No. Our students bring their own car to the track.

Q: Where are you currently hiring?

A: We are looking for instructors nationwide who are within a 100 - 200 mile radius of an SCCA or NASA approved race track.

Q: Does FAASST provide instructor training?

A: Yes, we onboard all new instructors to the FAASST curriculum to ensure consistency in our teaching methods and student success across the country.
